We are ecstatic to hold our 2nd retreat at our newest Niyama Yoga Shala, in Ayampe, Ecuador!

In Ayampe, the Pacific Ocean and the unique lush coastal rainforest meet to give birth to what we call paradise. In this sacred land which is full of biodiversity and very well protected and respected terrain we have found a haven of pure joy. Whether you are coming to practice yoga, surf, engage in amazing excursions where we explore the rainforests, the national parks, the ocean, and more; this is a destination meant for everyone.

Although it will certainly feel like we are living off of the grid, Vistamar & Niyama Yoga Shala believe in providing our clients the finest attributes of a guest home with the privacy and comforts that many of us may desire.

This program is being led by Nicole Zornitzer and her assistant, Stacy Campoli, RYT 500. You can expect to be inspired and fully detach from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
