Join us for our 2nd Annual Retreat to the glorious destination of Amorgos Island, Greece!
Welcome to an oasis of luxury and peace where you will experience comfort, elegance, and plenty of inspiration. Famous for being a top yoga destination worldwide, our “Finding Your Dharma” Retreat will be held at the 5-star resort, Aegialis Hotel & Spa which is located on one of the highest magnetic fields in the world. Located on a slight hill overseeing the entire Aegiali Bay, this destination offers you front row seats to the sea vies and majestic mountainous landscape of the Island. In a prime location, with only a short walk to the beach and the Aegiali shops. Our resort boasts of 5 beautiful yoga Shalas and an outdoor rooftop Shala where we will be having some yoga classes and workshops.
Our inspiration for this retreat is “Finding Your Dharma” which was inspired by best-selling author, Sahara Rose’s book “Finding Your Dharma”. During this 8 day / 7-night retreat you can expect to be challenged to explore exploration of self through movement, meditation, pranayama, journaling, & clear moments of introspection. Fusing together the learnings of Sahara Rose and Nicole Zornitzer, both Ayurvedic Practitioners, you will certainly be offered tangible practices to achieve the life you desire in tandem with a healthy perspective on the mind/body/spiritual connection to internal wellness.
This program will be led by Nicole Zornitzer and her two assistants: Heidi Camuti, ERYT 300 & Sherry Hundal RYT 200 & Ayurvedic Counselor.
